Returns/Order Changes and Cancellation Policy
If you aren't delighted with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, it can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange at the discretion of Sweeties Greetings. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it was an error on our part.
Before processing a return, we ask that you provide a photograph and description of the issue. If it is deemed that an error or quality control issue occurred on the part of Sweeties Greetings, additional instructions will be provided on how to proceed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you originally received it and include a copy of your invoice.
New, unworn/unopened items can be returned to Sweeties Greetings within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Upon receipt of the returned good(s) and after inspection, you will be notified as to the status of your claim. Please contact us at email@example.com with any concerns.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, you have up to 24 hours to change it. All orders are custom produced for our customers. Production of your order starts 1 day after you've placed your order. If you have any concerns or questions about the process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Once your order is put into production it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
